CHEESE WE MANUFACTURE

Montasio:

  • Fresh (aged 1-3 months), Medium (aged 4-9 months), Old (1 year), Aged (3-5 years)
  • Our Montasio is the Original Friulano; a firm, natural rind cheese
  • Mild, nutty or piquant depending on it’s age
  • Each form is approximately 5 pounds in size
  • Sold in whole forms and also vacuum packed into Halves and Quarters
  • Note: Old and Aged – limited stock available

Aged Montasio:

  • Grated (aged 4-5 years)
  • Available sizes: 200g, 500g bags

Mozzarella:

  • Hand-made Mozzarella (available vacuum packed into slabs)

Pepper Cheese:

  • with Black Pepper

Caciocavallo:

Goat Cheese:

  • Aged Soft rind (aged & vacuum packed 1 year+)
  • Soft rind, strong (aged and vacuum packed)
  • Each form is approximately 5 pounds
